From MacroFactor to Apple Health & Health Connect to your Coach.
Log your nutrition and bodyweight in MacroFactor or your favorite tracking app. Pushit automatically syncs your daily nutrition, weight, and steps through Apple Health or Health Connect, visible to your coach alongside your training if you have one.
Barbell Deadlift
Form video attached to the exact set.
Not a messy WhatsApp group.
Never hunt through chat history to match a clip to a weight. Athletes trim and attach form clips directly to the set row. Coaches review video, logged load, and RPE in one unified stream.
Set it with a few clicks.
Write the exact rule if you want more.
Every load option is a picker, not a spreadsheet cell. Turn on advanced autoregulation and Pushit adjusts the next prescription automatically, based on how the last one actually felt.

Questions coaches and athletes ask
General
Pushit is a strength training log and program builder for powerlifting, bodybuilding, powerbuilding, weightlifting, and general strength training. Use it solo with 1RM tracking, gym-specific weight tracking, and workout logs, or pair with a coach to add shared programming and review on top, at no extra cost. Log on iPhone or the web, whichever you prefer.
Yes, 100% free to use for both athletes and coaches. No credit card, no paywalls, and no locked features.
Yes on iPhone, right now. Android is coming soon. It also works on the web, no app required.
Get it on the App Store →Yes. Pushit automatically syncs your daily bodyweight, calories, and step count from Apple Health or Health Connect, so it works with whatever you already log in, MacroFactor, MyFitnessPal, Cronometer, or any other app that writes to your phone's health data. That trend surfaces to your coach alongside your training if you have one.
For coaches
Every major style, and you can combine them freely. Load can come from a percentage of a real or estimated 1RM, a fixed weight, or a percentage of an earlier set in the same session, the standard way to run a top set with backoff sets. Autoregulate by RPE or RIR, either with a structured target range that adjusts load automatically when a set lands above or below it, or by writing your own formula with IF/THEN logic, training-max and last-logged-weight references, and functions that read actual session data like average RPE across the last workout. Add tempo prescriptions with independently timed eccentric, pause, and concentric phases, AMRAP sets, timed holds for non-rep work, and group exercises into supersets or circuits. Pushit evaluates all of it automatically before every workout, so nobody's recomputing bar math by hand.
Your athlete generates a secure, one-time pairing code from their account and shares it with you. Redeem it once from your roster to get ongoing access to their programs, logs, and recovery trends, no separate invite system or email back-and-forth.
Yes. Every paired athlete shows up in a single roster view, and you build and adjust each athlete's program individually, with their own training maxes and progression.
Yes. Athletes attach a form-check clip directly to the set they logged it on, so it shows up in your review queue next to that exact weight, reps, and RPE, no hunting through a group chat to match a video to a set.
For athletes training with a coach
No. Your coach builds and adjusts your program on their own schedule, and you log your sets whenever you train. Everything you log, including form-check video, shows up on their side automatically.
Yes. Trim and attach a clip directly to the set you just logged, right inside the workout logger. It's available to your coach immediately, with a 14-day rolling cloud retention so it doesn't pile up.
Nothing. Your logs, training maxes, and history stay with your account. Unpairing just removes your coach's access, and pairing with someone new later doesn't reset anything.
For solo, self-coached athletes
No. Pushit works completely standalone for solo lifters with the same 1RM tracking, gym-specific weight tracking, and workout logs. You can pair with a coach at any time without losing a single rep of history.
Powerlifting, bodybuilding, powerbuilding, weightlifting, and any other form of strength training. Build your own program or follow one from your coach, log your sets, and track your progress.
Yes. Solo lifters get the same formula engine coaches use: linear progression, percentage of 1RM, RPE autoregulation, or a fully custom rule, applied to your own training.
Yes. Add your own equipment and movements, including gym-specific bar weights and machine numbers, so your working weights are accurate wherever you train.
