Privacy Policy

Overview

Pushit (the "app", the "service") is a strength-training and coaching tool. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can delete it. It applies to the iOS app, the Android app, and the Pushit web dashboard.

Data We Collect

We only collect data that is directly needed to provide the service:

• Account details: name and email address, used to identify you and keep your account backed up across devices.
• Training data: workouts, sets, weights, RPE, soreness check-ins, gyms and machines, and training programs — stored on your behalf so you (and your coach, if connected) can review them.
• Health data (optional): if you connect Apple Health or Health Connect, we read body weight, step count, and nutrition (calories, macronutrients, and — where available — micronutrients like vitamins and minerals) and store a daily summary so you and your coach can track trends alongside your training. This is off until you turn it on, and you can revoke access at any time from your device's Health settings.
• Media: photos of machines and short videos of your sets, uploaded so you can review form or share with your coach.
• Device & usage data: anonymous sign-in identifiers so the app works without forcing an account. We do not collect advertising identifiers or location data.
• Crash diagnostics: if the app crashes, we receive a crash report (via Firebase Crashlytics) to help us fix the bug. This isn't linked to your account or identity, and isn't used for tracking or advertising. We do not otherwise collect analytics or usage-tracking data.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to provide the service: showing your training history, powering analytics and progress charts, enabling coach–athlete review, and syncing your data across devices. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who We Share It With

Your data is stored with our infrastructure provider, Google Firebase (Google Cloud), which processes data on our behalf. When you connect a coach, that coach can see your training data, media, and — if you've turned it on — your Health data (body weight, steps, and nutrition) for the purpose of coaching you. We never use Health data for advertising or marketing, and we do not otherwise share your personal data with third parties.

Data Retention

Videos are retained for 14 days, or 3 days after your coach reviews them. Other training data is retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted.

Your Rights & Deletion

You can delete your account at any time:

• In the iOS or Android app: Settings → Delete Account
• On the web: visit pushit.fit/delete-account

Deleting your account permanently removes your account, training data, media, and any coach relationships. You may also request erasure by emailing support at any time.

Security

All data is transmitted and stored encrypted (HTTPS in transit, encryption at rest by our infrastructure provider). Access to your data is restricted to your account and any coach you explicitly connect.
